I hear ya on the excessive bathroom trips. But I've (so far) survived the outbreaks of colds at work by drinking all the time.
I have to get to bed. Speaking of which, how much sleep do you get per night? I read something (thought it was BFL) about how your body doesn't burn fat if you get less than 8 hours regularly. (Was that BFL?)
