Dear Hogwarts Student,
As you know, Nastily Exhausting Wizarding Tests (N.E.W.T.s) are an imperative step in securing your future as a successful wizard or witch within the Wizarding world. An O, E or A N.E.W.T could be the difference between serving under the most respected Minister of Magic, or working as a clerk within Diagon Alley.
Given the unfortunate circumstances of your remaining year at Hogwarts and lack of proper teaching, the Wizarding Examinations Authority, Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and that of the office of the Minister of Magic, Mr. Kingsley Shacklebolt, have agreed to allow you to return to Hogwarts for an extended tutoring session and the chance to sit for your N.E.W.T.s.
Given the populace of the school, you are not required to remain within the castle after daily tutoring is completed and you are responsible for transportation. Please remember that Apparition is not permitted upon Hogwarts grounds.
Each professor listed below has set two hours aside during their day to tutor you and your peers.
The Board of Governors have approved the below timetable for these exams, and you are encouraged to attend.

N.E.W.T.s Exams will begin on October 15, 1998 at 8:00am and will end in accordance to your chosen N.E.W.T.s or October 31, 1998.
