She'd read Narcissa's letter for the third time, still not sure of what to make of it. She tried to analize different parts of it, trying to see if there was any hidden meaning in her words. There usually was when dealing with her.
"All I seem to want to do nowadays is think, probably because I haven't done enough of it in the last twenty or so years."
That made her laugh. Narcissa and thinking just didn't go together. She was always a bit dim and flighty. She didn't get the best marks at school and preferred to get by on her looks.
So if their marriage, Ted's death, or Teddy's birth were announced there, I wouldn't have seen it.
Did she really think that Dora and Remus would go advertise their wedding in the Daily Prophet? Would they really go shouting from the mountain tops that a werewolf had fathered a child? Oh yes, that would have been wonderful news to share with the wizarding world.
I hope you at least had a decent cup of tea before you started wading through all this.
She hadn't, but knew for sure that she would definitely need a good stiff drink.
