Dear Mrs. Narcissa Malfoy,
I cannot begin to tell you how stunned I was at receiving your letter of gratitude. That is to say, I nearly choked on my cottage pie when I read your praises regarding my employee, Verity Thruston. I will be sure to pass the message along to her. I am certain she will be just as surprised as I was to hear how happy you were with the service, given the grievous circumstances under which the store had been functioning during your visit.
We here at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes aim to please, but I must say, I never thought the day would come that a woman of your stature, with such an astringent smile and Stygian son -- such as Draco has proven to be these past, long years -- or anyone baring the Malfoy name for that matter, would be so moved as to take the time to praise such a wonderful, brilliantly stunning, world-straddling employee such as Verity. She really is the gem of the shop and no one will be more confused or surprised by your words than she.
So again, many thanks to your letter. It shall be cherished always as our number one reading material. Many of the letters we receive these days are people worshiping our products and attempting to suggest to us what to invent next. You have no idea what a brilliant and unexpectedly welcomed change your Owl has been.
Jokingly yours,
George Weasley
