Andromeda walked out of the solicitor's office with a sigh of relief.
"That wasn't as painful as I thought it would be," Andromeda told Teddy, who was happily looking around Diagon Alley. His hair kept changing from turquoise to goldenrod to chartreuse rapidly. She'd come to know that this meant he was happy. He was making happy little babbling sounds and Andromeda couldn't help but smile.
Her meeting with her solicitor was very productive. Ted had created a nice little nest egg and even invested in some property in Gloucestershire. She beamed when she was told that part; it appeared that Ted wanted to get away from York as much as she did. There was some property in Eastcombe that he had purchased the year before he died and there was a lovely cottage situated on it with a lovely garden; the perfect place for them to retire. At the thought of retirement, Andromeda laughed since with Teddy, retirement was more than twenty years away now.
The two of them strolled down the cobbled street and stopped at the grand stairs that led to Gringotts. Well, they weren't so grand anymore;there was still plenty of construction left to finish to restore its former grandeur. As it was the first time she'd been to Gringotts since Harry's 'incident', she was amazed by the amount of damage that had been incurred by the escaping dragon. Andromeda stopped the pram and waited for Narcissa.
