Randomly from the new 2, I found a pop-up that was so eggregious in terms of advertising law, my boss and I both decided we needed to call EZboard on the mat (installed software automatically by clicking on it) rather than just pursuing the marketer alone. There was no disclosure which is required when terms and services apply to "free offers ( ... )
