There are three things to address:
-Being a reaper, William can tell when people are not human or fully human (like sensing Sebastian was a demon) though he can't place them without help if they aren't of his realm. Would it be okay for William to sense your character's energy and determine whether they are human or nonhuman?
-When he uses his scythe to attack people, it can activate the reaper power of Cinematic Record, which basically plays out a person's memories like a film reel. The amount of information he sees is proportional to the injury; the more severe the cut, the more of your life he'll see. If there was reason for Will to attack your character with his scythe, (I would certainly check with you beforehand) does he have permission to access their Cinematic Record?
-Psychometry is William's Scorched-given power, and that summed up means that if he is touching an object with his bare hands, he may get a sort of reading off of it, something like a flash of the owner's emotions, thoughts, or location. The strength of the reading would be in proportion to how personal the object is: for example, a ring would give a greater reading than a book. If William comes into contact with an item of your character's, would you be all right with him getting a reading off of the item? Again, I would contact you for the details beforehand.
