For easy reference;

Superhuman Physiology: Peter has an enhanced metabolism that allows him to heal from most wounds in days, if not hours. He has taken hours to recover from being completely blinded, has healed broken ribs, stab wounds, and fractures within days of receiving them, and requires nearly twice the normal dosage of most drugs -- over the counter or otherwise -- for them to even begin taking effect. As you can imagine, while this means that Peter does get over sicknesses quickly, it also means that he isn't any less susceptible to catching the flu or a bad cold; he's fast to heal but not immune. Coincidentally, ethyl chloride -- a common poison found in bug spray -- is rather harmful harmful to him even though he can shrug off thousands of bee stings after a quick nap.

Wall-Crawling: As part of the whole "does whatever a spider can" package, Peter is able to cling to most any surface using a multitude of miniature scopulae hairs located damn near everywhere on his body. Using these hairs, he is able to climb sheer surfaces such as glass or concrete -- the scopulae interact with the glass’s atoms to cause a form of atomic static cling -- and keep himself there even when pulled away by someone with super strength; usually, pieces of the wall will give way before Peter's grip does. Peter has also been known to use this ability offensively once or twice by sticking his hand onto a person's face and then tearing it away, usually taking a great deal of skin with him.

Enemies able to cancel wall-crawling ability;
  • Electro had a revelation during a battle about Spider-Man's clinging ability and can disrupt this power somehow, claiming that it was based on some sort of electromagnetic bonding. It is ineffective after the events of "The Other".
  • Many enemies, such as Stilt-Man and Paste Pot Pete have used lubricants to prevent Spider-Man from sticking.
  • Many enemies have ripped Spider-Man from a surface using strength but usually after the wall breaks from the strain, not from his powers failing, and pieces of the wall can still be seen clinging to his fingers and toes.
Superhuman Strength and Endurance: Though he is said to have the proportional strength of a spider, Peter has shown that he, at times, in fact stronger than that by some degree. When angry or particularly -- read: deathly -- motivated, he has been able to lift objects well over 100 tonnes, and once kept an entire sky-scraper from collapsing using little more than his webbing and his own great strength. Typically, Peter is capable of throwing cars and buses around, is capable of jumping several stories or the width of a street, and must hold back his strength when fighting non-superhuman foes lest he kill them otherwise.

On the Endurance side, Peter is capable of taking wounds that would kill most people, but also isn't as particularly hardy as, say, Wolverine or the Hulk. Bullets of any caliber pierce his skin, steel doesn't shatter when he meets his flesh, and particularly long falls or hard impacts can -- and have -- either hurt him or broke his bones. Basically, he can take a great deal a punishment, but isn't made of steel.

Superhuman Reflexes and Agility: Though many believe that Peter's uncanny ability to run circles around his opponents is all thanks to his miraculous 'Spider-Sense', this is only partly true. In fact, if not for his superhuman reflexes and agility, Peter's Spider-Sense would be near-useless, as it only warns him of incoming threats, and does not instinctively make Peter respond to them; it is a complex early-warning system and nothing else. With his superhuman reflexes, Peter is able to dodge bullets fired at point blank range, with the sheer speed he moves at allowing him to keep ahead of machine gun fire and the like. He is shown as able to surprise -- and even best -- peak-level human beings such as Captain America, and has also been shown to be able to move in quick, superhuman bursts of speed for short times. Because his tendons and connective tissues are at least twice as elastic as the average human being, he is also able to contort his body into various positions that would be painful to any other normal human, all the while keeping perfect equilibrium.

Spider-Sense: The most iconic power of them all, Peter's Spider-sense acts as an early warning system that affords him the ability to determine where an attack is coming from even if he is unconscious or unaware of its source. Peter uses this ability in conjunction with his superhuman reflexes so as to react to threats at a near precognitive level, casually dodging threats both random, intended, or directed by a computer. It is this ability that helps him match up to some of the most skilled fighters of the Marvel universe, even though someone he trusts -- like Aunt May -- can usually sneak up behind him and surprise him since he doesn't see them as a threat. He can also use his Spider-Sense to fight 'blind' or to track certain radio frequencies, though the latter power is most often used only in conjunction with the frequency put out by his Spider Tracers.

Enemies immune to the spider-sense;
  • When deprived of his spider-sense, Spider-Man becomes vulnerable to surveillance and attack and traveling by web-line requires most of his concentration.
  • The Green Goblin developed a gas that temporarily deadened all of Spidey's powers, especially his spider-sense.
  • Venom is undetectable to Spider-Man's spider-sense due to the symbiote having been mentally linked to him, and for the most part, containing his DNA.
  • His descendant symbiotes, including Carnage and Toxin, have inherited this trait to a lesser extent
  • Sudden and extreme events -- such as the death of half the sapient life in universe, or an extremely powerful enemy showing -- cause Peter's Spider-sense to react rather painfully, sometimes crippling him with pain.
  • Mysterio has developed a radar-like device that can neutralize the sense.
  • The clones Kaine, Ben Reilly, and Spidercide were also undetectable, and he is undetectable to their spider-senses as well. As they share the same DNA, their spider-senses recognize the others as "self."
  • Kraven the Hunter once used a jungle scent that dulled Spider-Man's spider-sense.
  • Iron Man has created a device that can send false spider-sense signals.
  • The Spot can attack Spider-Man with his attacks coming out of "spots", since Spider-Man's spider-sense couldn't detect a threat coming from an alternate dimension.
  • Fogg of the criminal duo Knight and Fogg can confuse it by making it seem the danger is all around Spider-Man rather than a specific threat.
Webbing: Shortly after getting his powers, Peter Parker (established early on as being extremely intelligent and creative) develops a special synthetic polymer adhesive that has spider web-like properties, as well as wrist-worn launching devices. Upon release, the webbing dries into an extremely tough, flexible, adhesive fiber. One account described a single strand as stronger than piano wire and it is perhaps as strong as real spider silk or Kevlar (Spider-Man has used web-shields on several occasions to protect himself from small-caliber bullets)
