I finally watched "Sectionals" last night! I know, I know, I'm a teeny bit late, but I had my reasons! First, I was trying to follow the episodes with the Fox here in my country, and only yesterday they aired the episode. And, well, I was also trying to hold the episode for as long as I could, so my glee-abstinence until April wouldn't be so hard. But I couldn't wait any longer, because my dad bought me the "Road to Sectionals" dvd and I intend to do a marathon this weekend. So, I watched it.
I don't know how was the response of the episode throughout fandom, but I've seen some people creaming their pants over it, and I just don't get it. To me, it was the worst episode so far.
I mean, maybe I set my expectations too high, but I thought the episode was badly-written, and the tensions resolved themselves too easily.
And okay, this part is just me being bitchy, but I didn't like the fact that they did Rolling Stone's "You Can't Always Get What You Want". To me, this song is House's soundtrack, and I hate mixing fandoms :(
And about Puck/Kurt. Dude, where was all the UST that people said it was all over them? I didn't even see them cross eyes during the entire thing! I've been told that they sit together in the bus, but... There wasn't even a bus!scene O_O (btw, I totally missed a roadtrip!song, but I guess they can still do it for Regionals, or whatever)
Am I crazy, or did I watch a completely different episode from the rest of the world?
