So I'm shopping for credit cards when Citi's Solaris based webserver tells me it doesn't want to serve its pages to my non-XP/OSX host. Sure I have access to plenty of Windows machines, and even have a virtualized XP box I could have used, and after two more such warnings it did let me view the site... but wtf

What's the complaint it gives? Is the notion that you're too hard to support, or that you're more likely to be a Russian script-kiddie's bot?

That my "...OS cannot take advantage of all features available from the site..." That's probably true if they're using something funky, but why use something so funky? I wonder what it is, but not enough to investigate.

Remember, I've been out of town for a month working long hours and having precious few days off. In spite of all that, I'm broke due to travel expenses, and I havent started gift shopping yet. I want someone to kill me :)
