I just... couldn't help myself with the pictures. I felt like thinking back to Costa Rica... so I resorted back to the pictures.
Mostly scenery shots... have fun.
First day, the clouds just kept rolling in, and we were afraid that by the time we got to Jáco, there wouldn't be that beautiful sunset waiting for us. Yeah, so this was in the car, don't mind the little stuff...
Oh wow, a picture just can't catch the waves crashing in, and just the sheer perfection of seeing the sun fall underneith the horizon. Yeah, plus I was on the forth floor, so that added to the 'sweetness' of it all. *nods*
Kinda angry I didn't retake the shot... it's crooked. Crap. Oh well, you get the picture.
Silhouette!!! Silhouette!!! Well... the internet cable to the left of the picture kind of ruined it... eh. But hey, it's still pretty cool. The dude in the picture was the bride's (remember I went there for a wedding?) dad.
I only got to hit the ocean once... but when you get there, you see brown sand... and it's just so ugly. Then when you hit the water, it's amazing how the waves just take you with it. I loved this shot (it's my BG on my computer) just for the fact that it looks like it's chasing you. Or... yeah. Plus, this was the first time I'd ever gone to a body of water... ever. So... don't mind the fact that I find it so cool.
This was that resort I went to... woah, serious relaxation right there. You see this waterfall stream thingy? Yeah, you're allowed to actually go in it, and stuff. So it was cool to get a "natural" massage from the water rushing down on you. The only bad thing was that it took a few hours before I got used to how hot the water was... heh. But it was beautiful over there...
And now I leave you with one of their breathtaking sunsets. Mmm.
