But I totally agree with you on Atticus. I suppose the whole shooting of the dog thing upset me a bit with him as well, though... But it head a whole larger meaning... Or maybe I convinced myself it did. Whatever, I have a deep love for Atticus Finch.

ATTICUS before SHERLOCK? Blasphemy I say. Atticus has his principles and his beliefs about morality, which amount to a bit more than creating a Victorian hipster persona (which is all Sherlock does, he doesn't give two shits about other people most of the time).
