The pole-mounted camera project has progressed to the stage where we can use it to take a few test shots (see below). It's by no means finished, as I'd like to add a few features for better control of the aiming of the camera. Just how much pole do you have there ? It looks like an aerial photo!

It's about 2m of old TV-aerial mast. Phil was holding it up so that the camera must've been over 3m off the ground. And it's a 14mm silly-wide-angle lens on the old D30 digital camera, which makes it look higher than it really is.
