GOOD LORD! you don't need seventy-dollar prom shoes! everyone always takes off their shoes anyway. if you buy seventy-dollar prom shoes, you'd better keep them on ALL NIGHT! did you already have specific shoes in mind? what color is your dress? what size shoes do you wear? borrowing shoes is always a good idea -- we did that alot in college - traded dresses and shoes. i think my navy blue dress went to more formal events than i ever did... =) i have tons and tons of shoes at home (and dresses, too!) so if you ever need to borrow anything for whatever reason, my dresses and shoes are just dying to be worn - it's been a boring year for them...=)

haha...'preciate the offer, but these are THE shoes...three inch high rhinestone-studded lucite slides...the dress is kind of too long, so with the shoes it fits perfectly, and they're sparkly and cute as all hell. i may take you up on your offer though, if my financial situation won't allow for such an indulgence. we shall see.

Anywho, it's only me -- ljrichard, Richard, Rich, LCpl Hicks, Grotsky, Grot, Mr. Hicks' son, and probably lots of other names that I don't know about.

I started a LiveJournal as a means of whiling away the free minutes here in the office -- usually early in the morning or in the afternoon or during lunch or just about any other time during the day. :-) I'm thinking a lot about going overseas to finish out my contract. Okinawa looks better and better to me. You can learn to sail and scuba dive... But, I think I'd be sold on the opportunity to build my own compendium of Japanese cuss words...
