sweet caroline... BUM BUM BUM
so i went to the red sox game on wednesday august third two-thousand five against the kansas city royals.
the game was unbelievable and fenway park is absolutely beautiful.
it was a lovely day at:
we violated rule #8 of fenway park by sitting in someone elses seat. you know if you can't make to the first inning, you shouldn't deserve to sit there in the first place.
the view from there was increbile...
we got a visit from wally:
he was trying very hard to entertain us.
we caught vtek heading out to the bullpen[he's the little white dot in the middle, i was a bit delayed with the camera]
hey look it's terry francona:
uh huh and that's kevin millar-
and there he is playing first base, very well i might add..
mr varitek in the catcher's position, also doing a great job...
at the bottom of the first we lost our good seats and moved to our real "seats" aka standing room
the girl in front of us made a sign, please note the middle right side:
that's right "damon is flamin!" so young and innocent, but children speak the truth.
and of course schill closed with nearly a perfect inning, making it 8 straight wins for the sox...
