Bonsai maintenance

I have grown a selection of British trees as Bonsai? I started off with a small selection of seeds in a Bonsai starter kit and my Scots pine was one of them, I have now about 40 trees and I am still adding to the small woodland that I am growing :o)
    I am nurturing an Oak, about four years old, it is one tree that I have never been successful

Now we know the scale you should post some hi res close ups, perhaps with a matchbox car parked underneath :o)

Looks lke you need those clippers on your beard too!

I have been toying with ideas for a background for the tree pictures and if you are going for a better tree picture you need a better background?
I may try and have a sheet as far away as possible and get the tree in focus and not the background? Means using a manual setting on the camera??
