Things are not at all how I expected them to be. Disappointed? yes. Confused? yes. I just don't know about anything anymore. Do you ever know where you are, but feel completely lost at the same time?

I want so much for everything to be perfect. I know it sounds irrational. Very few things in life are perfect; I understand this. But I cannot make that longing of perfection go away. Maybe it is because I have so many imperfect things going on around me. But really, what is perfectness?

Maybe it's just not meant to be. Maybe it was all just too good to be true, too "happens in the movies." Or maybe it's just my ridiculousness. I wish I had more control over things. I wish that I could remind myself to stop and enjoy things every once in a while. To not always just rush from one thing to the next. To not worry about pleasing everyone and getting everything done.
