ouch. i hope you feel better soon. thankfully it was a minor injury. i wouldn't feel too bad though. i remember a year ago when i was instructing a class and i did this funky turn. i ended falling flat on my face and leaving the class with a spranked ankle. i looked pretty goofy especially infront of the students.
