At about 12:30 pm today, my granddaddy passed away after weeks of fighting leukemia and pnuemonia. I at least got to see him before he went. The doctors waited till I got there. Now he's not in pain anymore. I love you Granddaddy!

Brian, I don't want to say the usual things people say when there's a death in the family, but you just can't help yourself. I'm sorry for your loss and I can empathize, unfortunately. Being agnostic, I don't pray, but for this occasion I will. If there is a heaven, your granddaddy is comfortably resting. Despite the fact that your family is hurting severely right now, know that your pops is no longer suffering. My heart breaks for you.
