I finally let go. It's only taken 17 months for me to realize that Ryan really, really needs to spend time with other kids. So I spent the better part of a month going from "early childhood education center" to "early childhood education center" asking abour curriculums, and how often they clean the toys and what they do about kids who bite and ( Read more... )

I do love Ryan as if he were my own kid. I hope that if/when Kristin and I finally get around to having a baby together that he or she will be just as wonderful as Ryan is. They'll be the greatest pair of step-siblings ever.

Do you think I could see Ryan sometime this week? Like maybe I could babysit him for a while so you could have some time to yourself or go out for a night. Or I could take him somewhere fun one afternoon.
