did you know they make you buy your own scantrons these days?
you mean there's places where they don't? I used to buy a stack of them each quarter and keep them in the plastic outter lining of my binder and sell a couple every test day.

I always have wierd foot cramps. lengthwise ones that make my second toe try to flatten itself and curly cramps that make my ankles twist in. often I gotta stand up just to try to make it not hurt so bad.

Here's more random internet-not-a-doctor wisdom: Leg cramps, like "charlie horses", are generally due to dehydration. I don't know about this foot thing though. Potatoes have giant amounts of potassium. More than banana. If you are ok with Carbs, get some tatoes!

Babanas are on the bottom of the list of how much potassium they contain.

http://www.weightlossforall.com/potassium-rich-food.htm I think people recommend them because that's about all they have in them worth anything.

Generally my body starts twitching weirdly when I'm tired and dehydrated. Sounds like your busy life may be making you tired?
