I think it's perfect. The white box really guides your eyes to the birds and the orbs in the picture, as well as presents itself as a form of solidity in a "chaotic" looking scene. I like the contrast of that. The dull colors are wonderful, too.

I'm not exactly sure about the white box because it looks like a hole in the piece. But it is interesting, I like it!
