Eddy is in a boot cam-esque experience he's at Gadna for 4 days yes- he will hold a gun no-his life is not in any danger yes- he will be wearing a uniform no- he will not have to kill anyone/anything
although, he has recently informed me that if he ever becomes an israeli citizen that he would join the army for a year.
