I bought a new toy. Actually, Gavin made me get a birthday present for myself. I got a Kindle Fire. Tablet for cheap chickens. (Besides, they should have the hack figured out by the summer and my uncle can turn it into a fully functional tablet for me

Fun! Does your library have e-books that you can get from them? Phil has found a lot of older stuff is available free now too, if it is older than a certain number of years (50?). He has a Nook though.

My mom adored our Ipad, so when amazon.com ran a special last week for refurbished Kindle Fires for $139, I got one too (for my parents). I'm loading it all up with mindless games like Angry Birds, and plan to send it to them next week :)

It's a pretty neat little device for such a low price - I must say!
