Reading this blog just makes me glow and feel all warm and happy for you - because you seem in a good place right now, and have someone to cuddle up and eat cornchips with, and you *so* deserve good breaks because you're quality

Thank you, sweetie! *hugs* Yeah, I'm very happy. My partner and I have our struggles, of course...but we're very good together, and getting more solid by the day. :) He's said he wants to marry me, even. Which is well scary...but I'm definitely not ruling it out. :D

Yup, he's definitely worth the 7.5 year wait! And all those angsty blog posts I made while I was single, don't forget. ;P

Heeee! Well, Matt and I kinda have this weird thing about prairie dogs, which was brought on by this little guy. It's a meme that's been doing the rounds on the internet for sometime. Extremely random, but cute.

And, last night, we were watching the latest Indianna Jones movie...and there's all these scenes with random prairie dogs- and one particular where a bunch of them all turn their heads, like the one in the meme. And we kept yelling out our flatmate to keep winding it back so we could see them. ;P Which made the movie a good 15 minutes longer. We be dorks.

You could own an entire prairie dog village!

I took our children there when they were young, and they had the best time. My son loved the pit of rattlesnakes, and a miniature donkey followed my daughter around the entire visit. We fed the goats and the six-legged cows.

So, come to Kansas if you want plenty of prairie dogs!
