Today was shite. For several reasons, but it was mainly all started off by me reading about the horrific bush fires in Victoria, Australia, which started over the weekend, on the front page of the paper this morning

Being aware of death isn't pointless, I would imagine it makes you live your life in a more constructive way if nothing else.
I don't understand these bush fires. This happens almost every year, I know nature is a crazy bitch at times but surely they should have systems in place so it doesn't reach this level of tragedy? As usual, I'm probably over-simplifying this.
