This was hilarious. I love seeing these 5x17 recaps because they touch on all the awesome Dan/Blair parts and poke fun at the other parts. (Honestly, for the Van der Woodsen drama, I'm just along for the ride while occasionally rolling my eyes at Ivy and Lola's annoying voices.)

And I love how Blair's just glowing in that last scene but also Dan's smiling too which just makes my heart swell. Poor boy's always looked so sad and tired during their hugs.

Yes to another Superman reference. I really enjoy your commentary. It's hilarious. I have to make sure I'm not drinking anything so I won't do a spit take. This is just really entertaining. My two favorite lines are "Again, this is not a drill, Dair Babies: Dair is the real deal." and "The knocks heard 'round the Dair-World."

I have a feeling that 'why would you do that' may come into play for the finale. First Dan didn't say anything, then he told her he didn't want to see her unhappy, and maybe the next time it could be b/c I love you. I just hoping lying isn't involved knowing this show. lol. But I think the i love yous will be a big moment.

Dair is just so wonderful and the chemistry is so crazy. I'm going to have a hard time buying the bad sex angle. But it's going to be hilarious and I will enjoy the crazy shenanigans.

I have been trying really hard not to get my hopes up but damn I want them to end this series together.

lol, glad you like Superman, too. And that is SUCH a good point about the ILYs. I hadn't really thought about that, but it makes sense, especially since they'll probably want drama for the finale.
