No, but it really is ingenious! Not just a sarcastically "ingenious, but still corporate T -mobile advertisement".

Really, though! It sort of makes me want to like T-mobile......

It's sort of funny though, because the guy who created these advertisements has a website also dedicated to defacing advertisements (http://www.thebubbleproject.com) because "our communal spaces are being overrun with ads in train stations, streets, squares, busses, and subways...by corporations to propagate their messages solely in the interest of profit."
