did your sister actually give you a ride?

My mom left the house long before i did when i was in hs. often she's come in as she was leave, tell me something, then leave, then she'd call me from her cell while driving to work when i was supposed to get up, as a back up alarm. (thinking back, nice of her. school was several towns away so missing the bus meant missing school). I would often ask her if she had woken me up to say , and sometimes she had, and sometimes i had just dreamed she had and i made something up.

I've been told I talk in my sleep as well, though more often than not I am just mumbling incoherently.

I had a roommate who talked in her sleep somewhat. Apparently she discovered this while living with a Hispanic friend, who was amazed one night to hear my roomie asking her something in Spanish. They carried on a conversation for a few minutes, before roomie rolled over and shut up. The punchline, of course, is that my roomie was failing Spanish at the time.

My sister once wailed in urgent tones, "Get Mum! I'm going to be sick!"

So I did. We charged back in with a bucket and so forth to find out... nope, she wasn't awake after all. (I may have told you this before, since "Thanks for the ride" is not new to me. Sorry.)

I only occasionally talk rubbish while falling asleep, but when I do, it's generally fairly disconnected - the last one I know about was something about "fluffy soup". Eurgh! I do apparently sleep-nuzzle or sleep-kiss J, though.
