I work too much. It's true. I'm on my hour break right now from Roadhouse, I'll be working about 12 hours there today. I love my job, and I'm sure I'll love my second job once I get through training and such... but I work too much. I brush off people telling me I'm a workoholic because I do enjoy it... but I think about how many 18-year-old friends

Gas once every 2 weeks at today's prices on a 15 gallon tank= ~$85

40 hours a week at $6.50 an hour = $1040 per month.

$1040 - $485 = $555

Car insurance = ~$100

Tuition?

That's more left over than some people I know working salary jobs.

People have been giving me hell for working two jobs through the summer and now doing school, Bedford Hills, GT, Applebees, and babysitting on the weekends. What they don't understand is that I'm loving it-- it makes me feel productive. Glad I'm not the only one. :oD
