[The feed comes off and on a few times, like he's struggling to make himself calm enough to talk.]
I--
[He probably shouldn't be showing his face after
that. But he's already responsible for enough because he was too afraid to say anything.]That carnival you keep talking about... don't go to it. Something bad is going to happen there

For one, she's worried. For two, Ganta is an idiot.
She knocks on the door loudly and frowns.]
Ganta.

Hello.
This is for you.

You didn't have to--
[After a moment he shakes his head and takes a step back.]
Ah, you can come in. Sorry there's not any furniture or anything, I haven't been here very long...

How are your injuries?
Reply
They're okay-- I mean, I'll be fine.
[He'd say that he's used to it, but that might not get the best reaction from her so he doesn't. Ganta isn't really out to make everyone pity him, it's hard enough not going around feeling sorry for himself.]
Thank you again for... [trusting me.]
Reply
Ah. That is good to hear.
[It isn't like she isn't used to it as well. In a way, she can relate to him, but she certainly doesn't pity him. If he's alive he must be strong enough.]
You're so stupid.
[And she feels like crying again because that sort of thing doesn't need thanking. Did it ever occur to him that she didn't believe everything out of some stranger's mouth?]
I know the difference between a murderer and someone in a disadvantageous situation.
[She seems to waver for a moment, (would she regret this?), but she steps forward wrapping her arms around him gently. That fucking idiot why did he go off by himself? Stupid. So stupid. She can't lose him too.]

Eve pulls her arms around him and he can feel his heart beat a little painfully. He doesn't say anything, but stands with his arms at his side, thinking how selfish he was. Maybe that's why Nagi...
He can feel tears starting to burn his eyes and he bites his lip to keep from them getting too far.]
Sorry, I... didn't mean to worry anyone. I didn't plan for everyone to see all of that...

When Eve looks at him she's crying just a little bit, but she wipes her eyes, cheeks turning mildly pink because this was embarrassing. Showing so much emotion to someone was extremely revealing. In fact, it made her feel a bit cornered.]
No one plans for that sort of thing.
[She pauses, collecting herself, but there's still a slightly downcast air about her.]
... I suppose we both have a bit to talk about.

Ah... Yeah, I... I'll tell you.
[Ganta looks behind him, towards the room Shiro is probably sleeping in, and points in the other direction.]
There's... a few boxes in another room. We can sit on them.
Reply
I suppose I could start off first.

There are a few boxes, crates really, near the far wall. He was using them earlier, so they should be safe to sit on. Ganta flicks the light on as soon as he's near one and turns back to her.]
... That's fine.

It doesn't all make sense to him, but for some reason knowing that she's killed people doesn't make him afraid. Maybe he's just too tired to be. Or because Eve has only been nice to him, it's hard to think of her a weapon.]
... What do you mean by... change your shape?
Reply
Well.
[There's a soft popping noise as her hand quickly distorts and then morphs into a sword, very much real.]
Reply
-- Oh. That's... neat.
[That might not be the right thing to say, but it's nice not thinking the Deadmen are the only ones out there with weird abilities.]
