I hate to say it, but the Elders were right.

No wonder Ivona likes its parades and social functions so much. It's just a day-in and day-out party for the uniformed ranks in that city, from what I've seen and heard.

Somehow I'm not really all that surprised. I haven't really heard much beyond the stereotypes that usually come with the military, but they do like their parties quite a bit.
