I am loving the remains of my Caramel Macchiato. Mmmm... ♥

Grilled cheese with fig jam? Do you spread the jam on the inside of the bread, or make the grilled cheese like usual then dip it in to the jam afterwards? Any particular variety of cheese? It sounds intriguing!

I explained below to Ro. It is really quite tasty. Matt also made one with chili garlic paste and sour cherry jam that was quite good.

Yum! I rarely get fancy drinks like that, but I sure do love them when I do.

The jam was spread on the inside of the bread before grilling. I think that it was just a sharp cheddar that was used. However, I can also imagine a few other cheeses that would be tasty--mostly stuff that has a stronger flavor to counter-balance the sweetness of the fig jam.

I am loving strawberry banana Bolthouse Farms smoothies and tangerines. Also grumpy cats. And snow tires.

Yum tangerines! I find that I really start to enjoy tangerines and clementines in the deep of winter. I like them always, but they seem more special somehow this time of year.

Also, snow tires are pretty love-worthy after a couple feet of snow have fallen. :)

Right now I'm loving gingersnaps, watching dogs frolic in the snow, and my soft cranberry colored knit socks I got for Christmas :)

Those socks sound lovely! Do you have any photos? I want to try knitting socks, soon. I'm starting to feel confident enough in my knitting to attempt.

Great idea!

I am currently loving my couch, James' impending home-made chili, being warm, laughing at stupid jokes.

Isn't it such a lovely idea? I've been meaning to jump in for a while now, because every week I'm filled with the warm snuggly feelings when I see her posts. It's good to spread around.
