1.Open your base,crop,sharpen,etc .
2.When you use screencaps, the cap is very dark,so diplicate layer, set to screen and then diplicate the screen layer as many times as the base needs . In my case I have 3 screen layers .
3.Make a new hue/saturation layer and set the saturation at 30,or around 30,depends on your pic .
4.New Selective coloring layer . These are my settings :

REDS
-Cyan >> -14
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +14
-Black

YELLOWS
-Cyan >> -100
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +18
-Black

NEUTRALS
-Cyan >> +41
-Magenta >> -7
-Yellow >> -19
-Black

5.Again new selective coloring layer,my settings :
REDS
-Cyan >> -100
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +72
-Black

YELLOWS
-Cyan >> -100
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +42
-Black

NEUTRALS
-Cyan >> +15
-Magenta >> +14
-Yellow >> -5
-Black

6.New selective coloring layer :
REDS
-Cyan >> -100
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +100
-Black

YELLOWS
-Cyan >> -100
-Magenta
-Yellow >> +100
-Black

NEUTRALS
-Cyan >> +17
-Magenta >> +29
-Yellow >> +17
-Black

7.You may make one more hue/saturation layer,but I didn't :) .
Hope it's helpful !
I used this kinda coloring for most of the icons here , but I played a little with the settings, because every cap is different . For the ones in the hospital (where evrybody is wearing those blue/cyan clothes I used this coloring +2 or 3 more layers,I might make a tut for them ,too :)) .
