The (not-so-) big work decision
I sat down with the squadron career counselor on Monday to submit my request to transfer to the fleet reserves effective next October. That is Navy-talk for retiring. I will actually be in the fleet reserves for 10 years after I retire, which does mean there is some ultra-slim chance I could be recalled to active duty. Put it this way: I've
