some lines really cracked me up, like these:

Grandma’s culinary skills were disastrous at best, and Grandpa had never failed to throw up afterwards. The last time she cooked breakfast, she had hidden the wasabi in the yolk, and goodness knows how she did it.

I've said it before, I like it. It was funny and so like those chibi family episodes. I agree that Captain Tezuka is too obsessed with Marilyn, and it's about time someone did something about it. Captain Tezuka and Fuji do fit the role of the grandparents. I also like how you put Yanagi in there, too.
