Exactly. That's a parsing error.. on many levels even, since whoever translated that game did a bad job, leading to a messed-up phrase, which I used in a way you didn't understand.

When people write computer programs, things have to be laid out in the right way. The words have to be in the right order, and punctuation has to be in the right spot.

Phrased in another way, a parsing error occurs when a computer comes along and sees something that shouldn't be there, like in written text when a period appears in the middle of a sentence or there are words that just don't belong.
