While I was in Tennessee, it was explained to me that if I set off the house alarm, the cops, amubulance, and fire department would be at the door in under a minute. I set it off, and all that happened was that we got a phone call asking if everything was cool. During my sophomore year, I was dunked on twice by a French guy that was 5 inches taller
