VectorWorks Serial...?

small question...
i was just working with vectorworks 12 and suddenly my whole computer made a restart, all by herself (my notebook is a girl *wink*)...
and now when i want to open vector works again i get a message that no serial number was found and i have to enter a new one...

anyone any idea what just happend...?

i work with VW for nearly 4 years and never happend somthing like this
