I think that Drew Besse from MC 2006 was making an online version of Mao, which I don't know anything about (I played a game of a crippled version of Mao - basically Uno with cards it was - just before Mathcamp). But if it gets finished, it might satisfy your craving.
Posting on LJ is good. You should also put some of this on YKYMMCW (you know you miss mathcamp when...).
As for Mao, when I get home I'll see what I can do about that. Either I can try to get a game going on Drew's site again, or I can try to set up something else. Or, I ought to add, you can try to set up something yourself now instead of waiting for me to come and do it.
I felt pretty much the way you do now a year ago. This year, though, I don't feel as sad or obsessive. I'm not sure why. It actually bothers me that I don't. I'll probably say more about that on my own LJ in a few minutes.
