Brown Sugar Spice Pancakes

1 cup whole wheat flour (King Arthur)
1 tablespoon brown sugar (Trader Joe’s organic)
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spices
¼ teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 cup milk/soy milk/rice milk
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

*Don’t beat the egg - mix directly in.
*Mix with a large whisk.
* Begin on med-low heat, move to low heat.

The brands probably don't matter... but that's how I did it.
