Against my better judgement I spent some money on my hearse.  Now that Taylor and I have found a guy who is eager to work on it I should be throwing money in its direction, right?  Absolutely.  I visited NAPA today and picked up a camshaft and lifter kit as well as 15 pushrods (I already have one new pushrod) for a grand total of $297.07

Right ...you should! How much is the labor on that? Once you get started you'll probably want to get it finished even more. I hope it all goes well. :)
