Have stopped going out much, maybe about 2 0r 3 days a week. Going to bed about 9am and getting up about 4.30pm. Back to not seeing any daylight. Not even listening to music much. My tattooist has hurt his arm badly and will be out of action till next year. Puts paid to my desire to get to Cyprus next month.
