I try not to get so emotional over this, I know its something he has to do and I guess he's helping us too but I just can't fathom the idea of Jose having to go back to Iraq with all the deaths we hear about on the news... and now Bush saying it would be a bad idea to leave Iraq. I know how you feel. I will say a prayer for Jose. One of my very close friends Amy leaves on 8/24 and she won't be back for 18 months :(

please don't forget that these young men and women chose to be there. they knew when they signed up they could be in this type of situation. i don't like that they are there either, but they always knew that this was a possibility.

I agree as well. These men and women signed up for this job, KNOWING this was a possibility. If they didn't feel they were strong enough or didn't want to miss out on "a regular" life they would not have took on this job. I am scared for all of them as well, but as I said before they obviously feel they can do this.

I know how you feel maybe not exactly but when Vinnie went it was so hard and we're not that close! And when my friends boyfriend was over there and then came home but had to go back we were all so scared. Its SoOo much worse when they go and come back but then have to leave again!!! Its hard to have some one u know over there knowing all the shit thats going on! I will definitely keep him like all the others in my prayers!
