That lone sparrow trying daily to enter must be the last surviving grandchild come for revenge! Or maybe it is just trying to fulfill the prophecy that all its clan shall perish by the glass pane of Cadence Seeker!

I have seen this behavior out of other species of birds as well. At that time it was because the bird was seeing either a mating dominance challenge or a percieved threat to a nesting spot in its own reflection in the glass.

Try hanging something on the outside of the door around the area it tries to hit, maybe it will quit.

Mating season brings out the craziest behavior in critters, doesn't it?
