I just learned that the closest video store to Temple's campus (other than mine) closed down. It was a blockbuster a mile north on Broad Street. Several customers came in today to open new accounts because of the closing... What should I feel about this new development? Happiness because my customer base will now grow faster? I don't think you have anything to worry about. Netflix is cool and all, but the delayed gratification is far too much for today's college students.

I think you'll be secure until some new company starts streaming movies over the Inter Nets on demand.

Yup, that's my general impression. College kids these days have no patience or ability to plan days in advance. Hell, people that are working age usually don't have the patience either.
