Hmm, I don't mean to step on any toes, but I wonder if this was maybe too hasty an accusation? I skimmed over the fic you linked to, and yes, the beginning circumstances are mirrored, but that's the only outstanding similarity I found.

Of course, I'm fully against plagiarism, but I'm not sure that that's what's happening here.

(Oh, and to the author, I sincerely hope that this is not plagiarized because then I'd have to track down someone else and let them know what a good time this little story was.)

Just wanted to add to my previous comments and let you know that the story was pure charm. A lovable Jensen POV, and I really appreciated that you made them equals rather than forcing one to be distressed all the time. Fun!

Thanks for your comments. I really appreciate them. And I agree - I find plagiarism very distasteful and I very much hope this doesn't become an issue.

And I'm glad you like the story - Jensen's POV always seems to flow so much easier for me than Jared so I'm happy it turned out well.

Oh, this was too cute! :) I was laughing all the way through.
Damn it. Maybe he should start researching nearby train tracks and giving a Jared a map of them, just in case.
Because every damsel must be tied to the train tracks with an oncoming train, at least once. It's in the handbook. *nods*
