I hate me

In the last three months three of my friendships have been ruined.

I feel like a complete and total failure over each one, let alone three.

The first one was completely my fault.  I don't think there is anything I can do to atone for what I said, and that is the worst part.  I am still haunted by silly little embarrassments from my childhood,
