Been reading more script series lately, and I'm thinking I want to play catch-up before MZP's Fall season starts. What I've read so far, and what I wanna read...
I kept seeing MZP in your post and finally discovered that it meant Monster Zero Productions and googled that. Interesting. I've heard of virtual seasons before, but nothing so large and organized. I have to say that all the Buffy/Angel virtual seasons left me utterly cold--by the time those two shows ended I hated both of them.
But I read the pilot for Gods. Moderately interesting, though it succumbed to a classic problem: the lead never demands that the all-knowing NPCs stop being cryptic and tell her what the hell the deal is. That gets old real fast. Nonetheless, I'll probably look at some of the other scripts for that and other shows as well.
The main site at www.mzp-tv.co.uk has loads of VS, like all the ones I mentioned above. Apparently, Gods overcomes a few of its problems and grows up a little about halfway into the season, which is cool.
I'd suggest Pathways, mostly cause it's the one I work on. ;) That and The Company.
