Today has been terribly odd. Roller coaster in emotions definitely. Started with a big dip of some unexpected news which triggered some psychological shit (My commitment phobic ex told me he has been seeing someone for a few months who has an 18 month old daughter, who he was fond of, but shes just dumped him and he's gutted).
So I went for a walk
